Meet ‘My’ Cruise Director: Heather Clancy!

September 30, 2019, West Newbury, MA — A friend who followed me around the world vicariously emailed and complained that there hadn’t been any blog posts recently. Well, I never promised I’d take you everywhere I go! But the attached article warrants a post.

There’s a Viking Cruises Facebook page and someone just posted this from Forbes, an informative and insightful interview with ‘my’ Cruise Director extraordinaire, Heather Clancy.

I was lucky enough to go around the world twice with this force of nature.

The interview — ‘The Secret, Inspired Life Of A Cruise Ship Director’ — will give you some idea what’s involved in taking 930 passengers on a cruise, and taking care of them every nautical mile along the way.
