August 11, 2019, West Newbury, MA — I hope you enjoy this NY Times article about the reintroduction of wild dogs into the Gorongosa National Park in Mozambique. The country’s long civil war devastated its wildlife but has put them in a unique position for reintroducing species in their game parks.

​As I’ve written before, many countries — more every year — depend on tourism, so rebuilding these parks is good for the planet and good for their economies.
