Miami!

Arrived in Miami yesterday afternoon. Spending today with a couple who adopted me on the first leg of the first WC; they live here. Tomorrow the scrum begins — getting every one and every suitcase to the ship.

Mea culpa: re: the confusion about subscribing to this new site: As someone who wrote rules for games for 13 years, I should have chosen my words more carefully. I told you all you had to "Re-subscribe" in order to join the list for Part 3. So many of you trotted over to the Subscribe box and Re-subscribed per my implied instruction. No, no, no. I wanted you to subscribe for the first time to the NEW site, not re-subscribe to the old one! If you’re reading this now, that’s what you did because you are HERE, onboard Part 3 — and almost onboard the beautiful Viking Sun.
